- Active Access: When you cancel, your paid subscription tier remains fully operational until the conclusion of your current billing period.
- Automatic Downgrade: At the end of the billing cycle, your workspace transitions smoothly to our Free Forever tier (up to 5 documents), and you will not incur future charges.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Monthly SubscriptionsRequest a full refund within 14 days of your initial plan upgrade.
Annual SubscriptionsRequest a full refund within 14 days of initial enrollment. Prior notification is sent before any annual renewal charge.
3. Payment Gateway & Processing Timelines
Opintell processes transactions securely through PayPal and Razorpay.
Once a refund is approved by our billing team, it is initiated immediately.
